Paul Runge | 031
When searching for a victim, he would cruise around the area and look for ways to acquaint himself with a potential victim. For some victims, he achieved this by pretending to be interested in purchasing property or items posted for sale. Not all murders were the same, the modus operandi changed, and the victims were chosen at random. How could police ever catch this guy?
