Richmond, Virginia in the late 1970s experienced savage murders that resulted in the bloodiest killing spree to date and it was at the hands of three brothers. The city and the surrounding suburbs were thrown into a terrorizing spiral when both black and white, suburban and urban, and well-to-do and humble victims began turning up. No one was safe, not even after they were behind bars.
